Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital delivery, or anything in between, I’m here to make sure your story is centered, your choices are honored, and your experience is your own.

DOULA PACKAGE

Available for phone calls or texts throughout gestation
2 prenatal visits
-One visit shortly after booking to discuss preferences and create a birth plan,
practice birth positions, and to connect you with needed resources
-One visit around 36 weeks to review birth plan, process any feelings
surrounding the birth, and to brush up on comfort measures and birth positions.
On call 24/7 from 36 weeks on
Birth support from the time you feel ready for support through up to two
hours after birth
2 postpartum visits
-One visit shortly after birth to process feelings surrounding the birth, offer
feeding support, and to connect with any additional needed resources.
-One visit one month after the birth to check in and ensure you
have all needed help, information, and resources
